Terms & Conditions of Entry
1. “Cell Care” means Cell Care Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 110 312 537).
2. ‘TABC’ means The Amazing Baby Company Pty Ltd (ABN 60 125 210 111)
3. “Winner” means the entrant drawn at random (Prize Draw) to receive the Prize pursuant to these Terms & Conditions
4. “Prize” means The Ultimate Pregnancy Package consisting of:
6. Entry is free and open to all Australian residents who receive the promotion and register their contact details with Cell Care & TABC through the promotion landing page via web, email or phone.
7. To enter the Prize Draw, entrants must provide valid contact details.
8. Those entrants, who provide valid contact details, as specified in these Terms & Conditions, will be automatically entered into The Ultimate Pregnancy Package prize draw.
9. Entry to The Ultimate Pregnancy Package promotion without completing The Ultimate Pregnancy Package promotion entry form is not permitted.
10. The Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
11. Entry into The Ultimate Pregnancy Package promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, along with the Terms & Conditions contained in Cell Care’s Cord Blood Banking & Cord Blood and Tissue Banking Agreement. This Agreement can be found here.
12. The Cord Blood and Tissue storage element of the package is valid for redemption for up to 3 years from the date of the prize draw in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
13. In the event an obstetrician cannot perform the cord blood and tissue collection, Cell Care will use reasonable endeavours to provide a collector to carry out the collection.
14. The Winner agrees and accepts that collection of cord blood and tissue is subject to many variables related to childbirth and circumstances may occur in which a collection does not occur. In the event of a non-collection for any reason whatsoever, the Winner releases Cell Care, any related entities of Cell Care, and any employees, agents or servants of such entities from any and all liability including any claim for damages, losses, costs or expenses arising from or in any way related to the non-collection including consequential and indirect losses.
15. In the event of a non-collection, the Winner will be entitled to redeem the Cord Blood and Tissue storage element of the package at a later date within the 3 year period as set out in clause 13 of these Terms & Conditions.

17. Instant disqualification will apply to any person who is considered by Cell Care & TABC, in its absolute discretion, to be abusing these Terms & Conditions of Entry or the spirit of the promotion in any way.
18. Cell Care & TABC reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of Cell Care. Cell Care is not responsible for false, fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive information or identity details.
19. The promotion commences 10am AEDT Friday 29th March 2024 and concludes at 10am AEST Tuesday 30th April 2024.
20. The random Prize Draw will take place at 42 Corporate Drive, Heatherton, VIC at 10am AEST Tuesday 30th April 2024.
21. One single entry will be randomly drawn for the Prize and the Winner will be notified by email and telephone within seven (7) days. If the prize is unclaimed after 7 days there will be a redraw to establish a new winner.
22. There will be one (1) Winner in total.
23. The Winner will be announced to all entrants via email by Tuesday 30th April 2024 by 5pm AEST, subject to the winner being contactable by Cell Care. If the prize is unclaimed after 7 days there will be a redraw to establish a new winner.

25. By entering this promotion, entrants accept and acknowledge full responsibility for their decision to participate in The Ultimate Pregnancy Package promotion. Entrants release the Promoter and the Promoters related affiliates, officers, agents and employees, from all liabilities, loss and damage of any kind arising at any time out of or in connection with the acceptance of, and participation in, the promotion or receipt and use of any Prizes.
26. By entering this promotion entrants accept and acknowledge that a Cell Care representative will contact them and discuss cord blood and cord tissue storage unless entering via phone or email.
27. By entering this promotion entrants accept and acknowledge that they may be contacted by The Amazing Baby Company with relevant product information or future promotions.
